Numbers: There is a minimum of 8 people for hen party bookings and a maximum of 20 people.

Materials: Jess can provide all of the mats and pilates equipment e.g. bands and balls, ballet barres as well as music. All mats, props and materials will be provided.

Venues: Class can be held at your address (within Bournemouth, Poole or Wimborne area) or for an extra charge this can be held at a local studio (subject to availability)

suitability: Jess will tailor the session to be suitable for all abilities including beginners. You can choose from Pilates, Barre or Dance Fitness for your session.
