🩷 World Pilates Day 🩷

Grateful to have made Pilates into my career, both mat and reformer! It’s an incredibly powerful form of movement and an absolute game changer for longevity, posture, strength and overall wellbeing. I’ve learned from some really cool people along the way, and it’s been quite an adventure so far 🫧

Grateful to have made Pilates into my career, both mat and reformer! It’s an incredibly powerful form of movement and an absolute game changer for longevity, posture, strength and overall wellbeing. I’ve learned from some really cool people along the way, and it’s been quite an adventure so far 🫧

I’ll never get bored of the play phase on your mat whilst prepping classes. Music on, mat rolls out and just see where things take you. This usually inspires my favourite flows for the following week of classes. 🧘‍♀️

I’ll NEVER get tired of attending other classes. Admittedly I went through a burn out phase of teaching where I rarely attended other classes as I was so overwhelmed with teaching my own. I’m glad this happened because I know now for as long as I teach, a weekly class for myself is non negotiable. It elevates my teaching, reminds me why I started and inspires me to keep learning. 🩵

On that note, I’ll never get bored of learning new things! Training days are my favourite. I like asking questions, finding out the why, and bringing it into my teaching to freshen things up💫

I’ll also never tire of seeing a beginner nervously step into class and find their confidence with Pilates. Being part of people’s journey and getting to see their progress is one of the best highlights of the job. 😇
